Shipping Policy Thank you for choosing Dodo Baby. Every order is packed with care and shipped with the same intention we put into our products — pure, safe and on time.
Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of placement. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Time Standard delivery time is 3–6 business days across India. Certain regions may require additional time:
Courier Partners We ship through India's most trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.
We recommend prepaid orders for a faster, smoother delivery experience.
Shipping Delays While we do everything to meet our timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, public holidays, or logistical disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We will proactively communicate any significant delays via Email or WhatsApp.
