1. Return Policy

Easy Returns — No Questions Asked

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. Please ensure your return request is initiated within this timeframe.

Products must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging with all tags intact.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return — Hygiene Products Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Silicone Feeding Bottles (150ml & 250ml)
  • Glass Feeding Bottle
  • Silicone Dino Soothe Teether
  • Silicone & Glass Bottle Nipple Extensions

These products come in direct contact with your baby's mouth and food. This policy exists to protect every baby — including yours. We appreciate your understanding.

Received a damaged or defective hygiene product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it immediately, no questions asked.

Return Process

Step 1 — Contact Us Email hello@dodobaby.in or WhatsApp us at +91 95300 00425 with your order number, product name, reason for return and clear photos of the product.

Step 2 — Return Initiation Once your request is reviewed, we will initiate the return pickup through our trusted logistics partner within 24 hours.

Step 3 — Pickup Our logistics partner will pick up the product within 2–3 business days of return initiation.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check
  • Prepaid orders — refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders — we will request your bank account details to process the refund. Amount will reflect within 7–14 business days of initiation

3. Cancellation Policy

Easy Cancellation — No Questions Asked

  • Before Dispatch — Contact us immediately and we will cancel your order and process a full refund right away
  • After Dispatch — If your order has already been shipped, we will notify our logistics partner to return the product. Your refund will be initiated once the product is received back at our warehouse

4. Replacement Policy

We're committed to making sure every Dodo Baby product reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product — we will replace it, no questions asked.

  • Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange a replacement at no additional cost
